Simple Cake & Chocolate Pudding

I wanted to make something new putting my own twist of taste to the cake chocolate pudding. This is what I did... I have shared you this recipe because though I tried it for first time it was really a big success... Different flavours you get at different layers is just mind blowing... and of-course at last you can call it an innovative recipe... Though presentation was not up-to mark because I was just trying out the mix and match of flavours I didn't thought I would share with everyone at one go itself... but trust me it just simple you would like it to be...
I am writing this recipe for one serving glass.

Ingredients:

  1. Vanilla Cake  --  2-3 slices
  2. Mawa  --  1/2cup
  3. Sugar  --  2 teaspoon
  4. Orange juice  --  2 tablespoon
  5. Milk Powder  --  2 teaspoon
  6. Dark Chocolate  --  grated 1 cup
  7. Crushed Dry Fruits  --  1/2 cup
Method:
  • Crush the vanilla cake slices with your hand and powder it.
  • In a heavy bottom small pan heat the mawa with sugar and then stir it continuoulsy till sugar melts and mawa mix starts to roll in the pan. Do not burn the mawa mix. Add  the crushed dry fruits to the mawa   and mix it well.
  •  Now in a double boiler (Use a small heavy bottom sauce pan to melt chocolate and put it inside another sauce pan with half filled water incase you do not have double boiler. ) Add the chocolate and melt it without even a drop of water content in it.
  • Add the milk powder to it and mix well. The chocolate mix should be hot while setting the pudding.
  • Now in a nice glass first layer your crushed vanilla cake. On top of it sprinkle some orange juice. Next add the mawa mixture to it again add rest of orange juice. Now at last layer with melted chocolate and let it set in refrigerator not freezer till it cools.
  • Serve it chillled.
