Wheat Dosa

Every day variety of breakfast... Oh God! its a headache... many of us think so... but its our creativity and some thought together blends into tasty and variety dishes... Here's an delicious and tasty and more over very healthy breakfast for you... Its really simple..;.


Ingredients:

  1. Wheat flour  --  2 cups
  2. Water to make the dosa dough
  3. Salt to tatse.
  4. Oil for greasing.

Method:
  • Mix the wheat flour with salt and water and make a thick pouring consistency batter for dosa.
  • Now grease the tawa with very little oil and when its medium hot pour the batter and make dosas.
  • Note that the pan should not be over heated else the dosa batter will start to roll and you cannot make proper round dosas.
  • If the pan is very hot sprinkle some water and then clean the pan with a neat kitchen towel and then again grease the tawa with just a drop of oil and then make dosas.
  • You can add a little ghee or oil to the dosas and make them crisp.
  • Serve hot these wheat dosas with onion chutneys.
