Puli Dosai

I like different kinds of breakfast each day... India being a diverse country in all aspects... let it be different states, religion, languages, traditions, clothing sense and ofcourse a very wide variety of food! There's so much to explore in this country... We know that this short life is not enough to taste and know each and every cuisine of our country. Traditional recipes that our grandma used to prepare for us are replaced by fast food... I agree that new generation children and youngsters like such fast food that have traveled all the way from different countries but we are forgetting that they only tastes good but are never healthy... but you can prepare it at home when ever you feel like having such fast food in a much healthier way that will be a little better. But what to do we don't have time for that... so I want you to go back to that nostalgic feeling of traditional foods. I am trying to get more and more recipes under this category. Here is a very healthy dosa that will make your breakfast special.
