I am so sorry...you might be thinking where I had vanished thee days\I was at my native place since my grandma had expired. I had no time to dedicate time for my blog. So since I'm back this time I have bought a chilling ice cream falooda.

- Falooda Vermicelli -- 1 cup dissolved in hot water and strained.
- Sabja -- 2 tablespoon dissolved in 4 tablespoon water.
- Ice Cream -- vanilla, strawberry and any type each scoop.
- Malai Kulfi -- 1 slice.
- Malai Rabadi -- 1 tablespoon
- Rose Syrup -- 1 tablespoon
- Roasted Dry Fruits Sliced -- 1 tsp (optional)
Falooda is based on your creativity so you can add any fruits and make the same.
Method:
- In a glass add soaked and fluffy one tablespoon sabja.
- Next top it with vermicelli and then sprinkle some rose syrup.
- Layer it with nice scoop of ice creams and malai kulfi.
- Add about one tablespoon of rabadi and again sprinkle some rose syrup.
- Top it with roasted dry fruits and serve it chilled.
Sorry to hear about the loss of your Grandma.. May she rest in peace.. Oooo.. Falooda is looking soo yummy and tempting Sreeja :-)
