HaraBhara Kebab

I was thinking to make this recipe from long time... It just happened that I had recently visited a naming ceremony of a baby there they served harabhara kebab as one of the starters, my one year old baby liked it so much that I decided to make it for him... so here it is... harabhara kebab... no need to say that its delicious, soft and melts in mouth.. yummy!!!

Ingredients:

  1. Palak/Spinach  --  1 cup blanched and pureed
  2. Green Peas  --  1 cup blanched and grind into paste
  3. Potatoes  --  2 boiled and smashed
  4. Ginger  --  grated 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric Powder  --  1 tsp
  6. Green Chillies  --  2 finely chopped
  7. Crushed Cashews  --  5-6
  8. Amchur Powder  --  1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to tatse
  10. Oil to shallow fry

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients together except oil.
  • Make small paties out of this mixture. If its too watery add some all purpose flour and make it a dough texture.
  • Now shallow fry this kebab in little oil in low flame.
  • After its nicely brown both side serve it hot with pudina cutney
