This time no dialogue... only action! I have nothing to say just try out this pepper fried mathi.

- Mathi / Sardines -- 1 kg
- Small Madras Onions / Shallots -- 4-5
- Black Pepper -- 2 teaspoon
- Ginger and Garlic paste -- 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder -- 1 tsp
- Coconut oil to shallow fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean the sardines nicely and make insertions in them.
- Grind together onions, pepper, ginger and garlic, turmeric powder and salt to taste.
- Marinate Sardines with the prepared masalas.
- Heat oil in a pan and then fry them till crisp.
- Serve hot with steamed rice and curry.
