This chutney is so tasty that you will love it and it will one of your masterpiece soon and I'm sure you will make it whenever you will make idli dosa or even chapatis. I am using fried onions and tomatoes in this chutney. There's another version of this recipe so first I will post this recipe and in my next post I will show you the next version. For this version you can use red onions but for other recipe you should use madras onion or shallots that is small tiny onions.

Ingredients:
- Onions large -- 2 sliced
- Tomatoes -- 1 large sliced
- Green Chillies -- 1
- Red Chilli Powder -- 1/2 tsp
- Coconut Oil -- 1 tablespoon
- Curry Leaves -- few twigs.
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok and when its nice hot add the sliced onions and when its nice brown add the green chillies and curry leaves and tomatoes.
- Once it nice hot add the red chilli powder and salt to taste.
- Once it nicely done let it cool and then grind it into chutney.
- Serve nicely with dosas, idli or chapatis.
