So today I'm gonna post a superb home made burger you don't need to go out and buy burger for your kids.
This is a vegetable burger you can make non vegetarian burger using chicken or fish. So I have nothing more to say just go ahead and make it today for your dinner and enjoy it.
You can alter it in your own ways just put your ideas and prepare your own burger.
Ingredients:
- Aloo Green Peas Tikki -- 6 (I have bought ready made burger patties from yummiez but soon will post burger patties for you.)
- Burger Buns -- 6
- Amul Cheese Slices -- 6
- Tomatoes -- 1 sliced in round shape
- Onions sliced in round -- 1
- Butter -- for greasing the buns
- Tomato sauce -- as per your taste
For Coleslaw:
- Mayonnaise -- 4 tablespoon
- Carrots grated -- 1 cup
- Cabbage grated -- 1 cup
- Black Pepper crushed -- 1/2 teaspoon
- Mix everything together and then keep it ready.
Method for Burger:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the tikkis nicely and keep aside.
- Slice the burger buns from middle into to halves and grease butter in them.
- On the lower half of the bun place the shallow fried patties, top it with coleslaw, sliced onions and tomatoes, place the cheese slice and then put the top part of bun and serve with tomato ketchup.
