Thenga Mulagu Chamandhi

Kanyi ky ulla chamandhi ready... This spicy coconut chutney is incredible and finger licking and mouth watering. That tangy and spicy taste of this chutney will make your mouth water... Best with kanyi, rice or even dosas. So no much dialog here's your recipe.



Ingredients:
  1. Coconut grated  --  1 cup
  2. Whole Red Chillies  --  3-4
  3. Tamarind  --  1 small lemon size
  4. Curry Leaves  --  few twigs
  5. Salt to taste
Method:
  • Toast the whole red chillies directly in gas flame till its just black on some sides.
  • Grind every thing into coarse paste adding little water.
  • Serve it with kanyi or rice.
