Soya fry

Soya Chunks fry is healthy if you bake it in oven... I know its soaks in oil when you deep fry so i suggest you to shallow fry in non stick pan which is not a bad idea. You really get a nice crispy soya fry. You will really love it and is best to serve to your guests. So vegetarians and non veges here is your yummy soya fry.



Ingredients:

  1. Soya Chunks  --  500 gms soaked and washed
  2. Onions small   --  5-6
  3. Red Chilli Powder  --  1 nice teapoon
  4. Coriander Powder  --  1/2 tsp
  5. Turmeric Powder  --  1/2 tsp
  6. Ginger Crushed  --  1 tsp
  7. Garlic crushed  --  1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Curry leaves finely chopped  --  2-3 twig
  10. Coriander Leaves  --  few twigs finely chopped
  11. Oil to shallow fry
Method:
  • Grind ingredients from 2 to 10 and marinate the soya chunks nicely.
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan and hallow fry the soya chunks till its golden brown and at last add the curry leaves and let it be crispy.
  • When its done serve hot with onion rings
