  9. Fresh Cream  --  1 tablespoon
  10.  Salt to taste
  11. Kasuri Methi to garnish
  12. Grated Paneer to garish 1 tsp
Method to make Kofta Curry:
  • Mix all ingredients for koftas nicely and make small oval shape balls. Its your choice if you want small or big koftas.
  • Now shall fry in low flame till all the sides are golden brown... inside the kofta will yet be soft and tender.
  • Now while your koftas are frying side by side you can make your gravy.
  • For that first heat some oil in a wok add jeera and let it crackle.
  • Now add the chopped onion and let its be light brown add the ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  • Now add the purred tomatoes and mix well nicely.
  • Saute the onion tomato well till the oil separates.
  • Dont forget to look at your frying koftas and if its done then keep it aside, I've added a pinch turmeric powder to the kofta mix and thats why its light yellow colour you can eliminate that...
  • Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • When the masalas are sauted well and the raw taste of the spices are gone add the garam masala. Now add the fresh cream and switch off gas next crush the kasuri methi with your fingers in your palm and garnish it.
  • Now in a serving plate keep the koftas and pour the tomato gravy over the koftas, Now garish with grated paneer over that... serve hot with phulkas!
